Join Chester Public Library and the Regional Office of Education for a Family Literacy event featuring “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.” Parents will join their children in reading and making crafts that go along with the book. Please register for this event as supplies are limited. The event will take place on November 15th, at 5pm in the downstairs activities room.
