Local History Chat – Downtown Chester begins at 1:00 p.m.   Library staff will share photos and information.  Attendees are invited to bring/share memories about downtown Chester.   Where exactly is downtown Chester?  That will be discussed too!   Library staff is including the area from the Methodist Church to Buena Vista Street.
